Expand-A-Lung is very similar to the Power Lung in that it creates resistance to Inspiratory and Expiratory muscles which are trained by breathing in and out with regulated resistance. The Expand-A-Lung is a device created for the same results as the Power Lung but at a fraction of the price. The Expand-A-Lung is a hand-held resistance training machine with a special workout program. When consistently applied one can begin to detect a difference in a few days and experience improved lung function in a few weeks. Benefits are improved breathing strength, endurance and technique.

Immersion Prowler Dive Watch

The Immersion Prowler combines digital data logging, a dive computer, and full-featured watch, all in a 200m (660ft) water-resistant housing. In addition to the usual digital watch features such as alarm clock, timer, and day/date display, the Prowler include a stainless steel case and integrated rubber strap designed to fit over a wetsuit. Dive mode automatically starts upon detection of water and 1.15atm pressure, it has a temperature sensor and the dive log records up to 50 dives. The backlight automatically comes on when you tilt your wrist in dive mode.
