Freediving Fins

mares_instinct_fin_green.jpg Mares Instinct Pro Fin
$150.00

The INSTINCT PRO is the result of a meticulous design created by computer and the use of new materials. The tapered-section blade, paired with a new technopolymer, has made it possible to achieve optimum results in terms of both power and thrust modularity. The micro-ribbing on the blade optimizes efficiency. The elongated lateral stringers have a tapered section designed to make the blade’s deformation progressive and to create a channeling effect with the water, the fin’s true driving power. The new shape of the highly-pronounced “V” blade prevents any risk of slippage. The foot pocket retains all its qualities of comfort and hold for the foot, and at the same time brings even more power to the blade. Green camo blades.

mares_razor_fin.jpg Mares Razor Fin
$170.00

New fin from Mares with interchangeable blade. The foot pockets in all Razor fins combine comfort and efficiency. They are designed to deliver the maximum amount of thrust while maintaining ideal comfort. The flexible blade features ribbing and is particularly well suited for people who prefer a soft but very responsive fin for fishing at average depths and covering large distances on the surface.

The material used in the fin offers optimal resistance to impact, even at very low temperatures. While its color is discrete, it still ensures the visibility needed for a buddy to monitor the diver from the surface.

cressi_prostarfin.jpg Cressi Pro Star Freediving Fins
$75.00
This is a futuristic fin, deriving from the Cressi deep sea skin-diving models, which introduces the use of more reactive materials. The blade is made from exceptionally light and reactive polypropylene. This material is combined with a comfortable thermo-rubber (elastomer), used for the foot, for the side stringers and for various inserts. The blade originates from the upper part of the foot pocket, with a 20% increase in useful surface area compared to a traditional fin of the same length. The side stringers extend along the whole edge of the blade. Two stabilizing flaps on the end of the blade and on the sole of the foot help direct the fin during kicking. The resulting product makes kicking easier and powerful at the same time. Pro Star is the most powerful full-foot fin in the Cressi range, except for models specifically designed for deep-sea skin diving and is an excellent choice for snorkeling, skin-diving and Scuba. Available in sizes 5.5 - 11.

These fins are designed with the freediver in mind.

cressi_gara3000.jpg Cressi Gara 3000 Freediving Fins
$149.00
An amazing new fin by Cressi breaks into a new era of the "unbreakable" fins. Under normal wear-and-tear the Cressi 3000 will outlast and outperform the competition. Martin Stepanek of the Czech Republic set a new World Record for Freediving in the Constant Ballast category at 92 meters (300ft.) using the Cressi Gara 3000 fin so it's been tried and tested by the best in the world for performance. The Gara 3000's blade is made up of a special secret combination of polymers to create a responsive blade that resists abrasion and stress points created by misuse and/or age.

fins_besclapez.jpg Esclapez Black Freedive Fin, Closed Heel
$155.00
The black Esclapez fin is valued for its rigidity, which gives the diver more propulsion through the water but retaining a smooth and consistent kick for hours at a time. The Esclapez is one of the industry's leading blades, known for its responsive recoil and angular foot pocket to blade design, which can actually help your kick. The black blade Esclapez is still the best price versus quality fixed-blade fin on the market. Esclapez offers a wider foot pocket to accomodate wide feet or booties in cold or tropical waters. Closed heel. All sizes now available!

fins_riffe_silenthunter.jpg Riffe Silent Hunter Fins
$210.00 $189.00
The longest tapered high strength plastic fin blade manufactured, offering better spring action and ease while swimming. Ankle weights are not necessary for quiet swimming.

Foot pockets are made from two different rubbers; soft for comfort & hard for energy transfer to the blade.

Available sizes: 40-42 (7.5-9), 43-45 (9-11), 46-48 (11-14)

fins_matrix_blade.jpg Edge Blades - Blades only
$310.00
This revolutionary fiberglass composite blade is known for having the qualities of carbon fiber, like a higher amount of "recoil" per amount of energy put into it. Also, temperature (cold or warm water) does not affect the rigidness of the blade like it affects regular "plastic" long blade fins. The most unique feature of the fiberglass blade is its ability to withstand everyday use where regular plastic blades and Carbon Fiber would chip or break. Lastly, fiberglass does not weaken or become flimsy over time like plastic blades. One year warranty. Blades only - does not include foot pockets or assembly.
