Exchanges
If an item is ordered and received but the customer feels the item "doesn't
fit" we are happy to exchange the item for one that "fits properly." The
customer is responsible for returning the item in original condition as well
as shipping charges to return the item. In addition there will be a shipping
and handling (if applicable) charge equal to the amount of the original shipping
and handling (if applicable) charge for the return of the exchanged item to
the customer.
Returns
When returning undamaged goods, the customer will be credited the full amount
of the order less any shipping fees, handling fees (if applicable) and
a 10% restocking fee charged to the credit card which the order was placed.
Shipping
When you place your online order at Blue Water Hunter, the shipping options
available depend on your location.
US Priority Mail - Includes insurance and signature release. Please
allow 5 to 7 business days to arrive after the shipped date.
US Express Mail/UPS 2 Day Service - Includes insurance and signature
release. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to arrive after the shipped date.
International Express Mail - Please read important
shipping information below regarding handling charges, shipping, duties
and taxes.
International UPS - We now offer this service for customers with
an existing UPS account. Please read important shipping
information below regarding handling charges, shipping, duties and taxes.
Please make a note of the appropriate shipping method below and be sure to
select it on the shipping portion of your order form.

International Express Mail

All international freight charges are based on weight, dimensions
of package and geographic shipping area.
The total of this order plus any applicable handling charges*
will be emailed back to you with the total for a Bank Wire Transfer.*
Duties and Taxes will be charged COD.
* Applicable handling charges: The level of packing necessary
to keep orders safe and secure from damage and/or theft determines
handling charges. Handling charges should not exceed $20.00.
*Bank Wire Transfer: Required on all first time International
customers. Please fill out the order form completely.

US Territories and International Orders
International UPS
|
|
UPS International requires your UPS account number. Please type
your account information in the "Ordering Instructions" area
when an order is placed. All shipping charges, which include
Duties and Taxes, will be charged to your UPS account.
Separate handling charges* may apply and will be added to the
total for a Bank Wire Transfer.*
* Applicable handling charges: The level of packing necessary
to keep orders safe and secure from damage and/or theft determines
handling charges. Handling charges should not exceed $20.00.

International Orders
Thank you for your order! The following will describe the necessary procedure(s)
to receive your international order request due to international regulations.

Shipping International orders - Express Air
Mail - All International freight charges are based on weight, dimensions
of package and contents. The total of your order plus any applicable
shipping, handling and bank fees will be emailed to you for your Bank
Wire Transfer. Duties and taxes will be charged COD.

Bank Wire Transfer - All International orders
require payment for items ordered plus shipping/handling (if
applicable. See above) and bank fees to be transferred via Bank
Wire Transfer for all FIRST time international orders.
There will be an additional $40.00 fee for all Bank Wire Transfers.
The Blue Water Hunter will be notified by the Bank of Hawaii upon
receipt of transfer.
