Made with Teak wood following the same procedure used to make his spearguns, Riffe has designed a unique way that smaller spearguns (non blue water guns) may absorb the shock of excessive recoil caused by extra band strength. This wing kit not only helps with "rearward" recoil but also the "upward" recoil which will throw the shot off target; often resulting in a "low" shot. In addition, many spearfisherman experience weight or stress on their wrist caused by a "front heavy" speargun while aiming with an extending arm. This wing can alleviate the "heaviness" but maintains good maneuverability.
