This page is an information guide for local customers who are willing and able to order online from our web site and then pick up the item(s) at our retail location in Kona, Hawaii, rather than shipping them. Think of the web site as being open 24 hours a day - 7 days a week, so you don't have to rush from work to make it during our regular business hours. Simply order online any time of the day or night when it's convenient for you! Our Locals Only program is designed to help you save money and time, and give you the opportunity to save on shipping charges by walking into our store and picking up your items in person.

If you would like your items shipped to you then simply pick one of our regular shipping options at the end of the ordering process.

Any verbal "I saw it on your web site" will not qualify for savings that might be advertised in our current web site sales and specials. You MUST order online to enjoy any current online promotions and then choose the Local Pick-up shipping option at checkout.

Prices are as marked. If the item has a Sale tag and a slash through the "original" price then the sale price will be listed beside it. The sale price is the actual price you will be charged. If the item's original price doesn't have a slash through it then you will be charged that original price. There is NO additional discount taken off of your order at checkout. Again, prices are as marked.

Placing a Locals Only Order

1. Place your order online after browsing our web site for all the items you desire for this transaction. If there are any items you would like but don't find on our web site, we may have them in the showroom. Please list these items along with all relevant questions or comments in the "Ordering Instructions" portion of your order form. If we have the item(s) you requested in stock we will add the item(s) to your "Shopping Cart" and adjust your invoice accordingly.
2. At checkout, choose "Local Pick-Up" as your shipping option. This will flag your order for in-store pick-up. If you do not choose Local Pick-Up, your order may incur shipping charges and may be shipped to your local address!
3. Please allow 24 hours after your order is placed to pick-up the order (10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday, Hawaii time). This will allow us enough time to charge the items ordered and pack them (for ease of handling only, not for shipping). All orders must be paid by the given credit card on the order form.
4. For security reasons (see "Note" below for security details) it is recommended that whoever places the order to pick-up the item(s) ordered themselves. However, if it is more convenient for someone else to pick-up the ordered items, please specify the person(s) authorized to pick-up your order in the "Ordering Instructions" area on the order form. Note: For your security against credit card fraud, please fill out the on-line order form completely including your complete mailing address that you receive your credit card statements at. All credit card orders go through several security checks before they are processed. All information given must match bank information. Your order may be delayed or canceled if all security measures are not met.
